  8. Author/Editor is a context sensitive text entry system which provides SGML
  9. compliance with the FIPS standard. Author/Editor creates machine independent
  10. ASCII text whose tags work in collaboration with other publishing or database
  11. software.

  13. Author/Editor features include the ability to use SGML to compose an outline of
  14. a document as the first step, fill out documents through the outline, produce
  15. documents that match the style and format of other documents, and create
